Perrie Edwards appears to have moved on from her breakup with Zayn Malik. Back in August, it was reported that the former One Direction member broke up with her allegedly via text message, and while she appeared to mourn the relationship when she cried onstage during a performance with her Little Mix band mates, the star is said to be dating again and is doing quite well.

Edwards recently spoke with The Sun and shared a story about meeting her celebrity crush, Johnny Depp, according to the Sun.

"Me and Mr. Depp have hung out," she told The Sun. "We were meant to go to his house for a barbecue, but I think we were flying back from America so couldn't go."

"Instead Johnny said, 'Oh I'm in the studio today with Alice Cooper, why don't you come down?' We went and hung out with them a bit.'"

As for Edwards' companion during her studio visit, the Little Mix singer appeared to hint that she was with Malik at the time, whose name she cannot even mention today. Sugarscape reports that Edwards met the "Pirates of Caribbean" actor around the same time One Direction played a private performance at the actor's house for his daughter Lily Rose and her friends in 2012.

"I went with what's-his-face," Edwards said. "I was like, 'I am going to meet him whether you want to go or not.'"

While there have been reports that Malik has been reaching out to Edwards through text messages, a source from Hollywoodlife says that she doesn't love him anymore and that her feelings for him "died a long time ago."

The source adds that aside from keeping busy performing and making music with Little Mix, Edwards has also gone on a few dates since splitting with Malik. Recently, it was reported that the singer is dating TOWIE star Joey Essex.
