In the next episode of "Mr. Robot," Elliot Alderson (Rami Malek) goes ahead with his plan to prevent the Stage 2 hack from happening.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "eps3.1_undo.gz" was just released recently and showed Elliot in front of the E Corp building and seemingly applying for a position as a programmer in the corporation. Apparently, he wants to be able to work secretly from the inside to make sure that the Dark Army and F Society will not be able to hack the company's network.

Elliot also appears to be repressing his split personality Edward Alderson a.k.a. Mr. Robot (Christian Slater). "You are trying to destroy me," Edward says. Although Elliot wants to prevent the Stage 2 hack from proceeding, his split identity is determined to make it happen. The Five/Nine hack or Stage 2 of the operation aims to destabilize the financial markets, redistribute wealth in the U.S., and destroy financial records.

It remains to be seen if Elliot will be able to plant himself at E Corp as a computer analyst without being found out that he is a hacker.

In the season premiere, Elliot and his sister Darlene (Carly Chaikin) went on a mission to undo the Five/Nine hack which Mr. Robot initiated in last season's finale. They went to an underground event gathering of hackers where they were able to get on a terminal and undo the cyber-attack on E Corp. They left the computer party unscathed.

However, when Elliot returned home and took a nap, he woke up with his split identity in control. He went to Angela Moss's (Portia Doubleday) house and told her that he was ready to start the hack again.

"Mr. Robot" season 3 episode 2 will hit the airwaves on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 10 p.m. EDT on the USA network.
