Players of "Monster Hunter World" must have been speaking of the devil too often, because the next downloadable content (DLC) for the game named "Deviljho" DLC has been announced and has a release date now.

Capcom, developer and publisher of "Monster Hunter World," has revealed that "Deviljho" will be ready come Mar. 22, fulfilling expectations that the DLC will arrive in Spring 2018. This was back in January when an update teaser trailer was also released for the DLC that showcases the game's selling point.

The DLC is named after its titular character, which is actually a huge wyvern-like monster in-game that is apparently causing a lot of problems for the world of "Monster Hunter World." As such, Deviljho is set to be one of the most feared and ferocious monsters to hunt in-game and will probably pose a big challenge for players to overcome. There is also an added fact that Deviljho looks terrifying due to its resemblance to a Tyrannosaurus Rex (T-Rex) dinosaur present in films like Jurassic Park and its sequels.

The DLC will also add more chances in-game for Deviljho encounters, meaning players looking to try their skills as monster hunters will find plenty of opportunities to tackle and take down the monster. In addition to the Deviljho fights, there will also be new gear which can be dropped by the monster, granted players defeat them and not get killed. These new items and gear should be quite powerful since Deviljho is expected to be no walk in the park.

Once the update arrives, players will be able to download it and access the quest "Terror Dragon" in-game which is the questline for Deviljho him-/herself. There will also be some new features for players to access once Deviljho lands in the consoles, such as a one-time free ability to change character appearance, new side quests, new quality of life conveniences such as text size adjustments for the user-interface (UI) and various gameplay balance changes and graphics engine optimizations.
