Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced they are now engaged, but that will not stop people from knowing every bit of detail about the two. One of the most talked about is the "Suits" actress' net worth.
The 36-year-old actress is believed to have the net worth of $7 million. Prior to being known as Prince Harry's girlfriend, she had established a name of her own in the show business industry. Markle has an impressive career track, and one of her most well-known roles is Rachel Zane in the USA legal drama series "Suits."
Markle had joined the series in 2011, the year she got married to her now ex-husband film producer Trevor Engelson. In the legal drama, Zane started out as a paralegal who eventually gets engaged to Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams). She has since left the series, however, to move in with Prince Harry in his residence in Nottingham Cottage.
She had also appeared in "90210" and "CSI: Miami," but her fame skyrocketed with "Suits," where she reportedly earns $50,000 per episode. She had appeared as well in "Remember Me" and "The Candidate." Aside from these, she had scored endorsement deals rumored to be around $80,000 a year. All in all, Markle's estimated earning reaches $450,000 annually.
Markle's fiancé, however, is a different story. Her soon-to-be husband's net worth is placed at $40 million, a far cry from Markle's. Most of this is attributed to his trust fund and inheritances, as he concentrates on charity work instead of working for income.
Prince Harry, or His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales, is the grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the second son of the late Princess Diana and Prince Charles, and the younger brother of Prince William. He is an uncle to young royals, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
