This week on "Married to Medicine," Jackie came up with a creative way to get the girls into shape for the second phase of Fit is the New It. Meanwhile, Lisa Nicole met with her lawyer to discuss legal options against Quad, while Quad brought in attorney Phaedra Parks of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" to weigh in.

In the previous week, Quad called the ladies from the police department and she told them that Lisa "lost her cool today and took her water [glass] in my face." Quad was seen crying as she said that she had scars on her face and that maybe it would be best for her if she avoided the group for now.

Dr. Heavenly joined Dr. Simone and Dr. Jackie at the Buckhead Tavern, and the ladies welcomed her to the "Doctors Club". Heavenly said that she was thrilled to be there since the "wives" were "dumb." Talk turned to how the wives hit each other, particularly about what happened between Quad and Lisa. Heavenly said that she was not taking sides and that both of them were wrong, and she was looking at Jackie to figure out how to fix things. Later during a lighter moment in the conversation, Heavenly revealed to them that she's developing a new dating app.

Toya asked her husband if he's looking forward to Jackie's fitness activity, and he said not really. Toya was concerned about his health and asked him if he's drunk a lot of water. Later, he sneaked into the kitchen and snacked on some junk food, not knowing that Toya was watching him on a baby monitor. Lisa confronted him about it, but he said that it's his house, so he'll eat anything he wants.

Lisa and her husband Dr. Darren met up with their lawyer David and they discussed Quad. He told Lisa to work it out with Quad because fighting it out in court isn't worth the trouble with regard to their issues with each other.

Meanwhile, Quad sought out Phaedra Park's advice, and the lawyer said that she could pursue either a civil or a criminal case. But she reminded Quad that Lisa has children and that they could be affected by criminal charges. But Quad didn't want to think about it and said that Lisa should have thought of that before attacking her.

At Jackie's fitness challenge, everyone woke up early and made the short trek to the woods. Jackie sounded a bullhorn to signal her arrival, and later, everyone was surprised when Quad showed up. Despite initial grumblings, everyone had a good time doing the Wilderness Drill and the day proved to be a success for everyone.

"Married to Medicine" airs on Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
