Kim Richards, formerly of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has reportedly accepted a plea deal following her public intoxication arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel last April.

According to PEOPLE magazine, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office announced on Monday, Sept. 14, that the reality TV star will receive three years summary probation and 30 days of community labor. She was also ordered to attend 52 weeks of Alcoholics Anonymous and to stay away from the hotel where she was arrested.

The arrest happened on April 16 when she was asked to leave The Polo Lounge and got into a confrontation with a police officer. LAPD told US Weekly at the time that hotel security requested to make a Private Persons Arrest and that officers entered the restroom and took her into custody. Richards was allegedly "passively resisting" and even kicked an officer while being booked at the Beverly Hills police station.

A few days after her arrest, during an appearance on Dr. Phil's show, Richards admitted that she was struggling with an alcohol problem. She checked herself into rehab shortly after.

After leaving the treatment center, it appeared as though Richards was headed for a comeback, having made an appearance at the red carpet premiere of SyFy's "Sharknado 3" in which she had a cameo. But on Aug. 2, the former child star was arrested again for allegedly shoplifting about $600 worth of merchandise from a Target branch in Van Nuys. People reported that the 50-year-old celebrity spent a night in jail before posting $5,000 bail.

Richards' ex-husband, Monty Brinson, previously said that the Target arrest was a mistake. He has taken to Instagram and has given interviews to defend the reality star. Following her latest arrest, it was reported that Richards' family members checked her into a treatment facility.

Richards is expected not to make a return to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" as she will reportedly take some time off to focus on her health.
