Khloe Kardashian breaks silence on Lamar Odom

Khloe Kardashian is talking about the real status of her relationship with Lamar Odom. Earlier this month, it was reported that the couple withdrew their divorce papers following the former NBA star's health crisis. On Oct. 13, Odom was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel after an accidental overdose, and since then Kardashian has been by his side.

After calling off the divorce on Oct. 21, the 31-year-old is speaking about her relationship with Odom, telling People magazine that she is not back together with the basketball star.

"I pulled back on the divorce because there is no rush for it," she told the magazine. "For medical reasons and a ton of other things, it's just smarter that it's put on hold. But that doesn't mean I'm back with Lamar."

The star said that she believes that people can love without being in a romantic relationship.

"You don't have to be with that person in order to love him," she said.

It was reported that since a judge hasn't signed their divorce papers, the couple is still technically married and that Kardashian has been making medical decisions for her ex-husband.

The reality star filed for divorce from Odom in 2013 after four years of marriage. Right now, she is in a relationship with NBA star James Harden.

Kardashian said that Harden has been very supportive throughout this trying time.

"He's been great with me, and I'm just allowing everything to unfold," she told the magazine.

Despite rumors that the two have broken up, E! News confirms that Kardashian and Harden are still very much together.

"Khloe and James never broke up," said a source to E! The insider added that Harden has been "so understanding" and that he knows that Kardashian's love for her ex-husband "is deeper than what most people can understand."

E! also reports that the reality star flew to Houston for to support Harden as the Rockets took on the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
