The final iOS 7 Gold Master (GM) version has already been seeded to developers by Apple, just after the launch of the company's two brand new iPhones on September 10.
The Gold Master version of the operating system is the final release for developers before Apple officially releases it to customers on September 18.
Developers are testing the final GM version of iOS 7 before Apple finally rolls it out publicly. Six beta versions before the GM version have already been rolled out since the iOS 7 was introduced at the WWDC in June.
Recognized Apple developers have been downloading the iOS 7 GM via the iOS Dev Center.

Meanwhile, the iOS 7 untethered jailbreak has been confirmed by the Evad3r team. The team has reportedly begun working on jailbreaking the latest mobile operating system in time for the September 18 launch. The Evad3rs have not stated when the updated jailbreak will be released.
Apple's mobile OS will be available to download for free for the iPhone 4, 5, 5C, and 5S, including the fourth-generation iPads, iPad mini, and fifth-generation iPod touch.
