"Horizon Zero Dawn" will become even more massive with the release of the upcoming expansion, "The Frozen Wilds."

It seems that developer Guerilla Games had a feeling that a lot of the players of "Horizon Zero Dawn" did not manage to finish it. After dropping the trailer for the latest expansion, it seems that there's a lot more game to play with new rewards, improvements on the quality of life and the ability to create snow angels in the game's Photo Mode.

"The Frozen Wilds" will add approximately 15 hours of extra material which will be located in a new territory up north of the main game's map. The new downloadable content (DLC) will run alongside with the game's main storyline, focusing on the mystery of the Daemon, a shadowy force that poses a big threat.

The video game developer also made it clear that there's more to the game's storylines. The improved side quests are there to provide players with more meaningful rewards, from owning a Stormslinger gun that can blast electricity to being able to modify the spear of Aloy.

"The Frozen Wilds" content also made some subtle changes to its environment. Guerilla stressed that the conversations now have a better motion capture and more dynamic camera work. The falling snow in the area has been improved as well, giving it a more bewitching sparkle.

A new addition from the DLC will also make its way to the core game. Introducing a new skill tree called Traveler, it is a web of skills that unlocks and helps players make their lives in the world of "Horizon" more bearable.

For those that managed to finish the video game, the extra 15 hours of gameplay could pique their interest. However, with all the changes made in the game's latter parts, players who are still playing it might just get frustrated.

"Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds" will be available for the PlayStation 4 on Nov. 7.
