'Horizon: Zero Dawn' Photo Mode update: Sharper, more lively images shared by game's community

"Horizon Zero Dawn" introduces Photo Mode Facebook/GuerrillaGames

Players now enjoy better images from "Horizon: Zero Dawn" after the game released the newest Photo Mode.

The Photo Mode from the game's patch 1.20 feature was released by Guerrilla Games in early May, adding several enhancements in the game's camera functions. These include several adjustments in the camera/aim sensitivity, a support on the Map legend where players can start filtering on icons, HUD customization options like quest markers, hiding enemy stats, as well as tutorial tops, and the capacity to cover the head gear, among others.

The mode also comes with three new filters, the option to include the text saying "greetings from" to the image, as well as the chance to choose different poses for the game's protagonist Aloy.

Players of the open-world role-playing video game have been posting the images they captured using the game's new Photo Mode on social media, showcasing several amazing pictures from the game.

The game developer based the new features of the Photo Mode on the feedback from the "Horizon: Zero Dawn" community. The patch where the mode came from also includes several fixes and additions requested by players of the game.

Some of the other contents from the patch 1.20 update include the additional Spanish language support for the North American versions of the game. This means the Spanish subtitles for "Horizon: Zero Dawn" may be activated, while a Spanish-speaking audio is now being supported through a Spanish VO pack that players can download exclusively from the North American PlayStation Store starting May 8.

The patch fixes also include the fix on "The Point of the Spear" where several players could safely land on some places in the map during the Brave trials prior to their encounter with Rost.

Other patch inclusions can be seen on the PlayStation Forum site.
