In the next episode of "Gotham," the Sirens namely Selina Kyle (Carmen Bicondova), Barbara Kean (Erin Richards), and Tabitha Galavan (Jessica Lucas) take on Solomon Grundy (Drew Powell) and The Riddler a.k.a. Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith).
The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Stop Hitting Yourself" was released just recently and showed the Sirens marching their way down the street towards the Narrows where they plan to rough up Grundy and Nygma at Cherry's Place. Apparently, Nygma has been mocking Oswald Cobblepot a.k.a. Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) at the fight club. The news of this reaches Penguin who promptly enlists the assistance of the Sirens to teach Nygma and Grundy a lesson. However, things do not look too good for the female thugs as Grundy is shown taking down Galavan in the ring. The leather-clad assassin is on the ground and appears to be in trouble.
Grundy suddenly pulls Galavan by the leg as she tries to cling to the ground with her fingernails. However, Grundy is too powerful as he shouts, "Grundy kill!" Kean then shoots her pistol to stop the behemoth from continuing his actions. Kyle looks on and is unable to do anything while Nygma also appears to be unable to stop Grundy. It remains to be seen if Kean will be able to save Galavan from the angry giant.
In the last episode, Detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and his police squad joined forces with Penguin's henchmen to hunt down Professor Pyg (Michael Cerveris). However, Pyg lured them into a trap which Gordon wanted to avoid. The detective eventually saved all those caught in the trap by destroying the machine guns that were focused on the victims. Pyg still remained at large.
"Gotham" season 4 episode 8 will air on Thursday, Nov. 9 at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
