Last week on "General Hospital," Sonny learned that though he survived the shooting at the docks, he might never be the same again, while Hayden started asking questions about her shooting, and Franco made an unusual suggestion to Nina about their living arrangements.
Franco and Nina found Kiki at the bar, drinking her troubles away. The two helped Kiki get out of the bar, and Franco said that as her father, he wanted to take care of her. Kiki said that she's so lost—she found out her mother was alive, and also learned that her boyfriend had an affair with her mom. Franco suggested that maybe she could live with him and Nina, and the suggestion horrified both women. But Franco said that there's an advantage to this arrangement—aside from making Ava angry by having Kiki with him, he could keep an eye on his daughter, and they could all be a family.
Determined to fill in the blanks about her shooting, Hayden started to read up on everything that was written about the incident and she asked Nikolas questions about it. However, she was surprised when he became defensive to the point of being paranoid. Undaunted by the prince's behavior, Hayden called Liz and asked her why she broke the vase the night of the shooting, but Liz kept mum and Nikolas took the phone away from Hayden.
Meanwhile, Sonny woke up after his operation and Patrick told Carly that Sonny has partial paralysis in his legs. He doesn't know if he'll ever walk again. Upon learning this, Sonny said that he didn't want to marry Carly if he couldn't walk as he didn't want to be a burden. But later, he changed his mind and decided that he wanted to be with Carly after all.
This week, Nikolas will try to get Hayden to forget about her shooting by distracting her with a job offer. But Liz won't let her forget as she pressures Hayden to tell her everything she recalls and knows about the shooting. Meanwhile, Kiki is still overcome by her emotions as she makes a scene at a bar.
