Last year, it was rumored that FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson have gotten engaged and the two are said to have put their wedding on hold due to their busy schedules.
While the "Twilight" actor and the singer, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, have yet to confirm their engagement, a new report claims that Barnett is allegedly pressuring the 29-year-old to get married and has allegedly given him an ultimatum.
"Twigs has told Rob this year that they have to get married," said a source to Hollywoodlife. "She's fed up of waiting, and she wants something small, quiet, and private, so it doesn't need any elaborate plans."
The insider added that the "Two Weeks" singer doesn't want a big fuss on her special day and would be happy with a registry wedding attended by a few close friends and family members. The source said that the singer allegedly told the actor that she "would like to do something this summer" and warned Pattinson not to postpone their wedding.
"Either they get married or they move on, it's that simple," said the source.
The website claims that one thing that may have stalled that couple's wedding plans is Pattinson's alleged closeness to his ex, Kristen Stewart. Hollywoodlife cited a report from In Touch magazine that claims that the couple had a big fight when he allegedly suggested supporting Stewart at an event in New York City for her movie "Clouds of Sils Maria." Barnett is said to have been furious over this and refused to go to the said event.
However, Gossip Cop debunked the report, saying that they have been told that Hollywoodlife's story is "not true." The website also said that the alleged fight between Pattinson and Barnett did not happen at all.
The couple has been sparking rumors since they started dating in 2014. They are said to have become engaged after six months of dating. While it was also rumored that their relationship was on the rocks, the two celebrated Barnett's 28th birthday last month and are said to be still very much in love with each other.
