Footage taken during Monday's OVO Fest concert have some wondering what message hip-hop artist Drake was intending to send.

The Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist used a satanic symbol during his concert in Toronto, and alternated the images with pictures of his off-again love interest Rihanna, Hollywood Life reports.

The controversial Jumbotron presentation occurs during his performance of "Days of East," a song rumored to be about the Bajan pop star.

"Told you 'bout givin' him chances on chances on chances/He's not holdin' you down, he's holdin' you back right now," Drake says, possibly alluding to Rihanna's infamous relationship with Chris Brown.

Drake also used a line from Rihanna's single "Stay" on "Days of East": "I threw my hands in the air, said 'Show me something.'"

As the song began during Monday's concert, a fiery "6" appeared on screen, followed by Rihanna's face. Another "6" appeared as Drake sang: "Why you keep asking me about the wife?"

Rihanna's face appeared a second time, but in split images. "She's not here right now, she's not here right now," Drake continued, while a third "6" appeared.

The rapper's upcoming album is entitled "View From the Six," which may be a reference to his hometown of Toronto.

Drake also posted a snapshot of the "6" concert footage on his Instagram, captioned "All I know." Another photo shows a pyro display against a red and black stage scene, captioned "6 side."

Instead of addressing the controversy, both Drake and Rihanna are promoting their respective brands on social media.

Rihanna has been tweeting about her new MAC cosmetics' Viva Glam ad and product line, which benefits those affected by HIV/AIDS. Drake took to Twitter to promote a concert tour with his label boss and friend Lil Wayne. The "Drake vs. Lil Wayne" tour begins August 8 in Darien Center, New York.
