Last week on "Days of Our Lives," JJ continued to play nice with Kyle while also trying to get more evidence against him to give to the DEA. At one point, Paige caught him breaking into Kyle's apartment, but she made sure that he wasn't caught. This made JJ think that despite their rocky history, Paige might still have feelings for him.
Meanwhile, Abigail, having decided to stay with Ben, is still trying to live with the choice she made. Although she loves Chad, she knows she can't stay with him, especially after learning that Ben is the father of her unborn child. Ben is also determined to keep Chad from ruining his relationship with Abby as he told her that he wanted them to move somewhere far from Salem.
Although Chad seemed to have thrown in the towel in the race for Abby's heart, his father, Stefano, was not so quick to give up. Stefano showed up at Abigail's office at the hospital and told her to give his son another chance. Meanwhile, Ben's father Clyde also warned his son not to move away — leaving Salem is a bad idea. Besides, he shouldn't leave town just because he refuses to fight with Chad over Abigail.
Aiden lied to Hope, Marlena, and John about being beaten up by Clyde after he dropped him as a client. Marlena and John were determined to find out what really happened, but Aiden knew that he shouldn't pick a fight with him, if he wanted to protect Hope. Last Friday, he told Clyde that he won't fight him anymore — he knows how to pick his battles.

Monday, Aug. 24: Chad betrays his father, Stefano, after learning about what he did; Ben learns that Abigail was dishonest with him again when it comes to Chad; Theresa puts her plan into motion to gain Brady's sympathy.

Wednesday, Aug. 26: Chad and Serena's night takes an unsavory turn; Eve puts JJ in a dangerous situation; Will lashes out at Paul over Sonny's departure, blaming him for leaving him and their daughter.
Thursday, Aug. 27: Eve causes trouble for Jennifer and JJ over the same issues; Eric makes a shocking discovery; Hope tells John that she has her heart set on moving on from Bo with Aiden.
Friday, Aug. 28 Steve makes an unexpected return to Salem; Caroline has bad dreams about Bo; Aiden pops the question to Hope.
