After Activision confirmed the release of "Call of Duty: World War II" later this year, new details about the game's release date have been leaked.

The new detail that came from a marketing copy was first posted on Reddit, saying that the upcoming installment of the first-person shooter video game franchise will come out on Friday, Nov. 3.

According to the game description that was written on the leaked marketing material posted on Charlie Intel, "Call of Duty returns to its roots with Call of Duty: WWII — a breathtaking experience that redefines World War II for a new gaming generation. Land in Normandy on D-Day and battle across Europe through iconic locations in history's most monumental war. Experience classic Call of Duty combat, the bonds of camaraderie, and the unforgiving nature of war against a global power throwing the world into tyranny."

The campaign description also mentions the story of "Call of Duty: WWII" will deal with the unbreakable bond of men who are fighting to save freedom in the society that is in danger of dictatorship. The players will go through an intense war adventure. "The campaign features bold, lifelike visuals with the kind of blockbuster cinematic authenticity that only Call of Duty can deliver," the description states.

More details about the upcoming "Call of Duty: WWII" are expected to be revealed by Sledgehammer Games on Wednesday, April 26, during the scheduled "Call of Duty: WWII Worldwide Reveal Livestream" event.

Those who want to get the first-hand information about the upcoming game may sign up for the big reveal in the "Call of Duty" website. They can also tune in to IGN for a pre-show that will start at 12:45 p.m. EDT / 9:45 a.m. PT / 5:45 p.m. BST for the pre-show and a special game analysis on the same day.

The official release date of "Call of Duty: WWII" is expected to be announced soon.
