Last week on "The Bold and the Beautiful," Thomas told Ivy that he felt like she was blackmailing him. Ivy said that she wanted something in return for keeping quiet — she wanted to be the face of Forrester Creations, right beside Maya. She said that it's for Aly. Wyatt arrived and Thomas said he was not surprised that Wyatt was behind Ivy's scheme.
In another office, Ridge and Caroline were joined by Liam and Steffy, and Liam asked about how they were supposed to talk about Aly's death to the media. Carter, Nicole, and Zende joined them, as well as Wyatt, Ivy, and Thomas. Ridge thought that maybe it's a good time to step up the campaign with Steffy. Ivy asked if he would consider her for the campaign, but Ridge said that he chose Steffy because she's the most qualified. Liam agreed and said that they need someone with experience. Ridge said that Ivy is a jewelry designer, not a model, but Wyatt said that at this time, perhaps it's not a good idea for Steffy to be in the spotlight. Ivy added that other information could come to light that would make the company look bad. Thomas said that Ivy did some modeling in Amsterdam and that she would be ideal for the campaign.
After the meeting, Steffy confronted Thomas and he told her that he was only supporting Ivy because of her. He told Steffy about the video and that Ivy was implying that Steffy murdered Aly.

Friday, Aug. 21: Steffy must defend herself when Ivy shares her side of the story; Caroline talks with Thomas about her dream for her and Ridge's future.
