The extent of Harvey Weinstein's misdeeds seems to have reached the "Boardwalk Empire" cast, as the show's actress, Paz de la Huerta, claims that the former studio executive raped her twice.

De La Huerta has stated that back in Oct. 2010, Weinstein forced himself on her after offering to drive her home following a night out. The actress was raped inside her own apartment in New York City.

"Immediately when we got inside the house, he started to kiss me and I kind of brushed away. Then he pushed me onto the bed and his pants were down and he lifted up my skirt. I felt afraid ... It wasn't consensual ... It happened very quickly ... He stuck himself inside me ... When he was done he said he'd be calling me. I kind of just laid on the bed in shock," recalled de la Huerta.

Weinstein also tried to contact her via phone until the actress finally confronted him. A month later the second incident of rape took place in the building where de la Huerta was doing a photo shoot. Weinstein appeared after the shoot where he allegedly raped the intoxicated actress. de la Huerta recollected that despite being drunk, she was able to reject Weinstein's sexual advances and was even able to say "no" to him. That, however, did not stop Weinstein from committing rape.

After the two incidents of rape from the former studio executive, de la Huerta expressed that she had become dependent on alcohol and had even developed depression, making her career difficult. The incidents were very traumatizing to her, and she even felt disgusted at herself, becoming self-destructive in the process.

Weinstein has denied all previous rape and sexual misconduct accusations from more than 50 women in the film and television industry throughout decades. This, however, did not stop The Weinstein Company, as well as the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, from expelling and terminating him.

With de la Huerta's claims, Weinstein could finally be facing his first criminal charges since the alleged encounter with the actress has occurred within the confines of New York Police Department's statute of limitations for charging rape in the first degree.
