This year, the shopping extravaganza falls on Nov. 25, and it is expected that retailers will be offering deep discounts on popular gift items such as electronics, toys, and apparel, among others, just in time for the gift-giving season.
Toys "R" Us has finally released its 28-page ad, and doors will be opening at 5 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving Day and their doorbusters will be available until midnight. Meanwhile, GameStop's 12-page ad is full of deals on gaming consoles and game titles, and offers are all valid from Thanksgiving until Sunday, Nov. 27. Walgreens' Black Friday ad is also out, and branches all over the country will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving and 7 a.m. to midnight local time on Black Friday.
