An accuser won't let it go as he recently sued Demi Lovato and Idina Menzel over the song "Let It Go," a theme song from one of Disney's animated movies, "Frozen."

Artist Jaime Ciero began his crackdown on those that had allegedly ripped off his song "Volar," starting with Lovato and Menzel, who both did a rendition of the song "Let It Go" for the 2013 fantasy comedy musical film, "Frozen." According to the Spanish crooner, his 2008 song had many similarities with regard to the melodies, lyrics, and themes, among many others to "Let It Go."

Ciero described his song "Volar" as "a huge international success reaching millions of listeners and landing on numerous charts of the most popular, top-performing songs." Aside from the "Stonecold" singer and the "Glee" actress, Ciero was also suing Disney.

Menzel voiced the lead Elsa and also sang the song for the film, while Lovato sang the single. Other big names behind the box-office hit movie are "Bad Moms" actress Kristen Bell (Anna), Jonathan Groff (Kristoff), Josh Gad (Olaf), and Alan Tudyk (Duke of Weselton).

The movie had garnered many fans and had earned a whopping $1.219 billion, which made it a top-grossing animated film. It had also won an Oscar for best original song for "Let It Go," so this claim could just be something bigger than anybody had ever thought.

"Frozen" revolves around Elsa who had fought her powers as a child and kept herself away from everyone, including her sister and best friend, Anna. Elsa had to take on the role of the queen when her parents died, and an event had caused her to accidentally show her powers. This had caused a stir in her kingdom, but later on, she had come to embrace her abilities.
