Last month, it was reported that some members of the Duggar family wentto the Reformers Unanimous facility in Rockford, Illinois to visit Josh. The reality star has been in the treatment center since August after it was revealed that he had an Ashley Madison account and admitted to cheating on his wife Anna.

Since then, it has been unclear whether his wife has made the trip to Illinois to visit the father of four. Now, a new report claims that Anna Duggar and Josh came face to face for the first time since Josh entered rehab, and this reportedly took place right before Thanksgiving.

"Anna went right before Thanksgiving," said a source to In Touch magazine. "She had a lot to discuss with Josh." The insider said that the 27-year-old opted to leave her older children behind and that she brought baby Meredith with her because she still needs to be breastfed.

The source said that the couple's reunion was particularly difficult for Anna.

"Seeing Josh was really hard for Anna," said the source. "She cried about how she misses him and teared up while they prayed."

The insider also said that Anna knew that she needed to talk to Josh about adult entertainer Danica Dillon, who sued the "19 Kids and Counting" star for allegedly committing battery against her when they had sexual relations back in March and April. The insider said that Anna believed that her husband cheated on her because he admitted it but thinks that Dillon is lying as Anna "doesn't think that Josh could be so aggressive."

The source also said that Josh is still denying what happened with Dillon and that the star told Anna that people are making up stories about him.

Meanwhile, a source told Entertainment Tonight that the couple has been writing love letters to each other and that Anna is planning to get back together with Josh.

"That's just how it goes," said the source. "The family was taught to have a new level of forgiveness toward Josh."
