Aaron Carter returns to rehab after 'taking care of legal and financial matters'

On Oct. 14, Saturday, shortly after finishing the matters he had to attend to, singer Aaron Carter had returned to the rehabilitation facility in California where he was completing his 90-day program.

The 29-year-old singer was confirmed to have checked back into the facility after attending to some "legal and financial matters that required his attention," the singer's representative, Steve Honig, said. Carter recently garnered praises for his upload in Instagram, where he showed a seemingly improving health as reflected on his weight gain.

The "I'm All About You" singer entered the center in September after a series of tumultuous events had transpired this year, most of which had become worrisome for fans. Honig at the time said that it was Carter's decision to enroll in the facility in order to "improve his health and work on his overall wellness." He added that the performer will focus on improving himself for his fans, whom Carter thanked for the support.

Carter had been dragged into the limelight for several controversies. Previously, he was targeted by people over his noticeably slender physique. "By the way y'all wanna know why I'm so skinny? It's because @ 19 i was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia, I didn't choose that," he said in a tweet in April.

Things just went downhill for Carter from there on. In July, he was arrested for marijuana possession and drunk driving while traversing Habersham County in Georgia. He also got into a car accident that had left his BMW in a total wreck and his nose injured in September. There had also been calls reporting the singer of alleged threats to family members.
