Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid appear to be going strong as the couple was seen on Tuesday, Jan. 5 while out on a date in New York City. The couple, who recently made it official on Instagram, was seen in matching dark outfits as they headed for a night out.

In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, Hadid was wearing black leather pants and a black top under a fur-lined black coat and leather boots, while the former One Direction member was wearing black jeans and a white shirt under a black coat for the outing.

In a video on the website, fans took pictures of the duo outside the NYC hotel, and the Victoria's Secret model and the singer gamely took photos with several fans before getting inside.

On Monday, the two were spotted looking at apartments that were available for rent at a SoHo neighborhood. The outing sparked rumors that the pair might be moving in together, but a source told E! Online that this was not the case at all.

The two were also stylishly dressed while they looked at apartments, with Hadid in a white turtleneck and grey cape jacket and knee high boots, while Malik wore denim jeans and a black jacket.

While the two have yet to talk about their relationship, the couple isn't shy about showing their affection for one another on social media. Their first photo together was posted a few weeks ago on Malik's Instagram account. It shows him with his eyes closed as he cuddles with the model. Hadid also recently shared a photo of her boyfriend holding her cat. She also posted a video on Snapchat of her trying to make Malik do something as he giggled while saying, "I'm not gonna do it."

Hadid and Malik made their romance public in November after they were spotted holding hands after a night out.
