'Young and the Restless' spoilers, recap: Nick and Sharon share a moment

Thursday on "The Young and the Restless," Victoria informed Victor on the phone that Gabriel was gone. After they hung up, Billy said he knew where to find him. Billy played a voicemail from Chelsea and they heard her saying that she needs some space from Gabriel.

Meanwhile in Paris, Chelsea got a call from Adam and she wondered how he was able to find her. Adam wanted another chance with her, but Chelsea was not having it and hung up the phone. He called again and said he wanted to come and see her, and Chelsea told him not to bother. Someone knocked on her door, and Chelsea opened it and saw Adam. He told her that he wanted to stay in Paris with them, but Chelsea said it would never work since he's bent on getting revenge on Victor. Adam offered to burn his passport as proof of his devotion and asked for a second chance.

Back in Genoa City, Jack told Phyllis that he never felt anything for Marisa and said that he didn't want to pretend to be Marco because he wouldn't know how. Phyllis said she could help him — she has met the man, after all. Jack agreed to try. Before heading to Marisa's suite, Phyllis gave him more tips on acting like Marco and reminded him not to kiss Marisa.

Jack told Marisa that he's not Jack and he wanted her to tell him what's going on. She held him at knifepoint, which left Jack with no choice but to tell her that he is Jack. Thinking that he's Marco, Marisa said that the only way for everyone to stay safe is for him to die. Somehow, Jack convinced her about his identity and assured her that they know she's not working with Marco.

Here's what to expect on "The Young and the Restless" on Friday, Aug. 7: Sage and Dylan arrive at Sharon's house and sees Nick and Sharon sharing a moment; Stitch turns to Ashley for comfort.

"The Young and the Restless" airs from Monday to Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
