WWE news 2018: RAW sees heated tussle between Lesnar and Kane

Kane apparently could not wait for the official match for Brock Lesnar's Champion title, as the seven-foot-tall wrestler attacked Lesnar during the introduction for the '"Year of the Beast" on the first Monday Night Raw of 2018.

Kane chokeslammed the 6'3" Lesnar and leveled the Champion, which prompted the latter to retaliate with a laugh and a clothesline move, sending the former outside the ring. The brawl, however, did not end there as Lesnar followed Kane outside and resumed his fight with the enraged wrestler.

Several men had to step in and restrain the two since their official triple threat Royal Rumble match is still not due. The struggle was that almost the entire roster of RAW wrestlers had to step in to intervene in the fight which led to a lot of chaos and confusion.

The said triple threat match was to take place between Lesnar, Kane, and Braun Strowman, where the winner gets to take home Lesnar's belt. Kane, despite his size advantage over Lesnar, was quite worried about him since Lesnar proved that he was no easy opponent. This is why Kane even proposed to Strowman that they team up in order to defeat Lesnar first, a plan which Strowman rejected, hence Kane's outburst.

This has hyped a lot of the viewers and made them wonder whether Kane can bring the same amount of fury once the official Royal Rumble match begins. Meanwhile, Strowman was nowhere to be seen during the prolonged brawl between the two, suggesting that things between Kane and him may also be reaching a boiling point.

At the moment though, there are still no official dates on the start of the Universal Championship Royal Rumble between the three, and it has reportedly been a booking mess. The match was formerly made on RAW, but changes seem to have been made following the trouble that Kane had caused for Lesnar. Fans are advised to stay tuned for the official date.
