Last year, it was reported that "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson has been secretly seeing her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers after it was revealed that he faked medical documents to prove that he has cancer.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Radar Online, the 53-year-old is setting the record straight, saying that she hasn't seen Ayers since they split up last year.

"This is completely false!" Gunvalson told the website. "I have not seen him since he moved out in August!"

The couple was still together while Bravo filmed the 10th season of the series from January to May 2015, but in August, the two released a joint statement via Gunvalson's Facebook page saying that they were splitting up after four years together.

"Though we choose to live our lives in the public eye we thank you for your understanding and ask privacy during this difficult time," they said in the statement.

However, the two never got the privacy that they asked for as the former couple's relationship and statements to different media outlets were endlessly scrutinized. It also didn't help matters that Gunvalson's "RHOC" co-stars claimed that Ayers was faking his cancer. While the businesswoman defended Ayers throughout the 10th season of the show, Gunvalson appeared to have changed her mind after the reunion special aired, as she said that she was a victim of his lies as well.

After his cancer claims, Gunvalson told Radar that she promised to stay away from him.

"He has caused me too much damage and heartache to ever have him in my life again," she said, adding that she believes that Ayers was the one spreading the rumors that she was secretly seeing him again.

Right now, Gunvalson is dating again as she told the website, "I am seeing a few other men right now and am very happy."
