The world of behind reality TV never looked so real in "UnReal." The female-driven series is back with more insight into the world reality TV with a trailer and an expected February 2018 airing of the show's third season.

Lifetime has released the trailer for the third season of "UnReal" and it shows fans that "Everlasting" will have its first suitress in Serena, played by Caitlin Fitzgerald.

Based on the promo, it appears that Serena is proving to be a handful for Quinn, played by Zimmer, and Rachel, portrayed by Shiri Appleby, in terms of controlling her compared to their past male suitors.

The trailer also showcases a lot of shirtlessness, Chet (Craig Bierko) getting into another fight, and heated discussions about a man bun. In the end, the video announces that the third season will come back on Feb. 26, 2018.

According to Deadline, season 3 of "UnReal" will have a lot of female directors working on the show. This will include Appleby and Zimmer.

There has been a growing trend in TV and movies where women are beginning to call the shots from the director's chair like Patty Jenkins for "Wonder Woman," Ava DuVernay for "Queen Sugar" and an all-female director lineup for the second season of "Jessica Jones."

"UnReal" is set behind the scenes of a "Bachelor"-like show titled "Everlasting." Merciless executive producer Quinn and her protégé Rachel will stop at nothing to win the TV ratings game which entails manipulating each other and their contestants, creating fake emergencies, and stabbing each other in the back for more power.

Not only does the show highlight the drama behind a reality show but also the gradual co-dependence of two women who are not enemies but are willing to throw the other under the bus.

The Lifetime Channel drama was picked up for a third and fourth season despite having a clunky season 2. According to Zimmer, with season 3 ready to air in 2018, they're already filming for the fourth season.

"UnReal's" third season comes back on Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, at 10 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
