The Teen Titans are not letting its older counterpart, the Justice League, take all the glory, as young the superhero collective is now getting ready for production with its main actor posting new photos of him in the guise of Robin, Batman's sidekick and leader of the Titans.

"Titans" will be a streaming service series about the Teen Titans led by none other than Robin, to be played by actor Brenton Thwaites, who starred in "Slide" and "Home and Away." As such, Thwaites has shown much enthusiasm in preparing for the role and has even given fans a peek at what his Robin will look like.

Thwaites has taken to Instagram and posted a photo of him wearing Robin's costume under a winter hoodie while wearing sunglasses. The actor has also stated that at the time the photo was taken, he was doing his first fight scene in the series set in the fictional Gotham city.

According to the website Comicbook, Thwaites might be playing Tim Drake, one of the many Robins to have become Batman's sidekick since his costume appears to have been inspired by the one in the Arkham series of Batman video games. The said costume was worn by Drake, so fans expecting Dick Grayson, one of the most popular Robins, might get disappointed since the character has apparently moved on to become Nightwing during the timeline which the series might be occurring.

This, however, has not been confirmed yet and is just plot speculation, meaning the inclusion of Bruce Wayne a.k.a. Batman in the storyline is still just a meek possibility.

Meanwhile, other popular members of the Titans were also not confirmed, so the classic Starfire, Beast Boy, and Raven team led by Robin may not be happening. At this point, only the characters Hawk and Dove have been confirmed to be part of the Titans team. There could be more announcements and unveilings as the show nears its eventual release which is sometime in 2018, though the exact streaming service that will host it is still unknown.
