In the next episode of "This Is Us," the story goes back 10 years ago to witness the trials and tribulations of Kate Pearson (Chrissy Metz) and her brothers Randall (Sterling K. Brown) and Kevin (Justin Hartley).

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "The 20's" was released just recently and showed Kate still single back then and working as a waitress. "You boyfriend is here," a fellow waitress tells her teasingly. Kate meets up with the guy as they greet each other with smiles. Kevin appears to be single as well and is just starting out to be an actor. "I'm telling you. It is all happening for us. In the 20's!" he says to his sister as they toast glasses of wine together. Everything seems to be simpler during their younger years where there were less worries and concerns.

However, it apparently is not an easy time for Randall. His wife Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) is pregnant and about to give birth at any time. "I've got a baby coming tomorrow. I had a breakdown a couple of months ago and I'm not the same. What if I don't have any answers for the baby?" he asks his wife. It seems that he feels he is not ready to take care of his baby. It remains to be seen how he will be able to overcome his fears and insecurities as a father.

In the last episode, it was revealed that Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) may have been keeping a secret from his family. Apparently, he had a younger brother who served with him in Vietnam. In the last scene, Jack held up a picture of him with his brother during the war. This storyline is expected to unfold in the coming episodes.

"This is Us" season 2 episode 6 will air on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at 9 p.m. EDT on NBC.
