In the next episode of "The Shannara Chronicles," Mareth (Malese Jow) and Eretria (Ivana Baquero) go after Allanon (Manu Bennett) who was captured by the Crimson's General Riga (Desmond Chiam).

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Graymark" was just released recently and showed Mareth retrieving a powerful sword which may prove very useful in her quest to find Allanon. It appears that she may have found Allanon who is in the hands of Riga. The Crimson are against those who use magic, the druid Allanon being one of them. He is shown in chains and warns Riga, "I have committed no crime. Who is going to defeat the Warlock Lord if he awakens again?" The Warlock Lord is apparently very powerful. With Allanon locked up, it might not be a wise move on Riga's part.

Eretria also may have found where Allanon is detained and may be trying to get him out of there. The Crimson guards fight with her in hand-to-hand combat as Allanon appears to be making an escape through the metal gate. It remains to be seen if the druid will be able to make it out of Riga's stronghold and reunite with Mareth and Eretria.

In the last episode, Allanon and Eretria were on their way to find Wil (Austin Butler) but were derailed when Riga arrested the druid and brought him to the Crimson's stronghold. Allanon said that Wil was the only one who could defeat the Warlock Lord and that he was very important to their cause.

However, Bandon (Marcus Vanco) found Wil and told him to bring Allanon to Palanor where the Warlock's skull was, otherwise he would kill his uncle. Bandon needed the druid to retrieve the skull so that the Warlock could be resurrected.

"The Shannara Chronicles" season 2 episode 3 will hit the airwaves on Wednesday, Oct. 25 at 10 p.m. EDT on Spike.
