'The Real Housewives of Potomac' episode 3: Ashley Darby confronts Gizelle Bryant

This week on "The Real Housewives of Potomac," Gizelle Bryant appeared to have made another faux pas when she brought her hairstylist, Kal, to Charrisse Jackson Jordan's crab boil. Charrisse told Gizelle that Kal insulted her because he said that he wanted to fix her hair. Fed up with the drama, Gizelle left the party with her hairstylist, but on their way out Karen Huger and Kal had a heated exchange of words. Karen told him that he was the help and that he shouldn't tell a guest to shut up.

After taking some time to think about her behavior, Gizelle decided to invite Charrisse and Karen to lunch to apologize to them—for taking Karen's designated seat at her own birthday party, and for causing offense to Charisse by bringing her hairstylist. She went all out and even sent a car for the two ladies and gave them flowers, but her attempts to reconcile were not enough for the two. The lunch ended with Charisse walking out and Karen calling Gizelle a "lost cause."

Gizelle took to her blog to share some details about what was said at lunch and said that watching Karen and Charrisse walk into the restaurant for lunch "was like looking at a bad horror movie from 1984." Gizelle said that she couldn't help but feel "a little sorry" for the ladies as they expressed their disgust and hatred of her.

"In 2016 who stays mad more than seven minutes," she wrote. "They were acting as if as kids, I stole their lunch money, or I didn't let them sit at the cool table, or they couldn't buy a date to the senior prom."

Next week, on the episode titled "What a Little Whiskey Can Do," the focus shifts to Katie Rost as she steps out into Washington DC's "Ball and Gala" charity social scene to raise money for her family's foundation. But apart from her philanthropic work, she'll have something else on her mind when she learns that Andrew's timeline for a wedding may not match hers. And it looks like Gizelle will have to deal with more drama when Ashley Darby confronts her for her comments about Ashley's behavior at her charity event.

"The Real Housewives of Potomac" airs Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
