LuAnn de Lesseps, also known as the Countess on "The Real Housewives of New York," has found love again. In an appearance on FABLife, the 50-year-old announced that she and her boyfriend, Tom D'Agostino Jr., will be walking down the aisle soon.

"I found love the second time around," said LuAnn. "I'm so lucky. His name is Tom, and he's just wonderful. He's really my soulmate."

"I was married for 16 years the first time and, [I'm] very lucky, and had my two beautiful children and I never thought it would happen to me again," she continued. "So it looks like we're gonna get married!"

Last month, a source told People magazine that the mother of two will likely be getting engaged soon to D'Agostino. It was reported that the couple spent the New Year holiday together in Palm Beach, Florida and that they were seen at several parties and at the Brazilian Court Hotel. The insider said that the reality star and her boyfriend were seen shopping for an engagement ring at the city's Graff Diamonds.

LuAnn took to Instagram last month and shared a photo of the couple on a golf course on Palm Beach. She captioned the shot, "First time playing #golf at @thebreakers Learning from Tom!"

Her fans immediately offered their congratulations on the photo sharing site, with many saying that she and D'Agostino look genuinely happy and very much in love.

D'Agostino is the President and CEO of Smart Source, a corporate print industry. The 49-year-old lives in New York City and West Palm Beach, Florida, but his business takes him around the world.

Speaking with People last month, D'Agostino said that the reality star is "the new love of my life" and that she is a beautiful person who is classy, elegant, and full of energy just like he is. He also revealed that he wants to propose "sooner rather than later."

"We have a lot in common," he added.

LuAnn was married to Count Alexandre DeLesseps from 1993 to 2009. They are parents to Noel and Victoria.
