This week, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" premiered its sixth season, which saw the return of Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Yolanda Foster, Lisa Rinna, and Eileen Davidson. The season premiere saw Yolanda battling Lyme disease and she talked about David being away all the time. She revealed that the music producer's job has kept him on a busy schedule and required him to travel all the time—though she admitted that it's been that way even before she got sick.

Meanwhile, Vanderpump was asked to throw the opening pitch for the Dodgers' LGBT game, while Eileen started redecorating her home after Brandi Glanville criticized her décor back in season five, calling it "American Psycho." As for Kyle, she told Vanderpump that her relationship with Kim is still not good and that she hasn't been speaking to her much.

Next week, in the second episode titled "Tuscany!" Kyle and Vanderpump will be taking a trip to Italy and the two will be seen enjoying the sights of the picturesque Italian region while zooming around in a red Ferrari. However, the ladies' fabulous vacation takes a turn when family problems come up. Meanwhile, Yolanda will try anything to improve her health, and Eileen and Rinna are shocked by her condition.

In the trailer, Kyle is seen driving the Ferrari while Vanderpump holds on to her hat and squeals. As for the family problem, it looks like it involves Kyle's niece, Nicki Hilton, and her wedding. Kyle is heard talking on the phone and saying, "I was told that it would be better if I didn't come to the wedding."

Yolanda is seen going through various treatments such as cryotherapy. She is also injected by a medical technician, and she tells Eileen and Rinna that she doesn't remember what it's like to be normal.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
