"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars' trip to Miami took a frightening turn last Sunday when a house guest became violent with the ladies and knocked one of them unconscious.

In the episode, the ladies just got back from the club and started playing the game "Never Have I Ever." Tammy's nephew, former NBA player Glen Rice, appeared to be intoxicated and started to show some passive-aggressive behavior at the house. When he started calling names, Kenya Moore decided that Glen should leave, which enraged him and caused him to advance at her. Tammy put herself in front of Kenya, and Glen lashed out, knocking his aunt to the floor and rendering her unconscious.

An ambulance came to take Tammy to the hospital while security restrained Glen. The ladies were visibly shaken, and the incident made two of them decide to leave the premises. That same night, Kandi Burruss left the house and booked a room in a hotel, while Kim Fields flew out to Atlanta the next morning.

On her Bravo blog, Kim said that she decided to leave early because she no longer felt safe, which she added is "not an option for me." She also said that she felt bad for Tammy and Glen.

Phaedra Parks expressed her disappointment that Kim chose to leave early. On her blog, the mother of two said that she wanted Kim to enjoy herself, but she needed to do what she felt was best for her.

"Kim has never been around a group of women like this before, and Lord knows that it can be troubling at times," Phaedra explained, adding that what happened was upsetting and that they can't blame anyone for doing what they felt was needed to ensure their safety.

In the next episode titled "There's No Business Like Friend Business," Kim will be around to witness more drama as the ladies celebrate Kandi's music collaboration with Demetria McKinney.

At the event, things get tense when Porsha Williams and Phaedra are caught criticizing Kandi at her own event. Meanwhile, Porsha continues her long-distance relationship with a man she met in Miami, while Kenya sets her eyes on a younger man.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
