In the next episode of "The Mick," Mackenzie Murphy (Kaitlin Olson) and Jimmy (Scott MacArthur) bring their family to their hometown of Warwick.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "The Homecoming" was just released recently and showed Murphy driving her family to her old stomping grounds. "My life turned out better than theirs and today is all about shoving that in their faces," she says to them with conviction. It appears she wants to prove to her old friends that her life turned out better than expected. Apparently, they are there to celebrate the retiring of Jimmy's high school baseball jersey. Murphy, Jimmy, and Alba (Carla Jimenez) attend the party in honor of Jimmy as they come across their old friends. Alba sees someone that she is attracted to and asks Murphy who he is.

"That's Mike O'Mira. He was a psychopath," Murphy says to her with concern. However, Alba smiles at him seductively and raises her beer with approval. It turns out that she had an intimate moment with the formidable man later that day. Meanwhile, Jimmy discovers that Murphy might have had a hand in thwarting his baseball career. She apparently may have spoiled his chances of becoming a professional baseball player. It remains to be seen how Jimmy will confront Murphy about her betrayal and how she will try to get out of this mess.

In the last episode, Murphy and the gang attended the 100th birthday of their great grandma Rita (Judith Roberts). Apparently, Rita thought that Murphy was her old friend and started to shower her with expensive gifts. The scheming woman took advantage of the old lady and accepted everything that was offered to her.

"The Mick" season 2 episode 7 will hit the airwaves on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 10 p.m. EST on Fox.
