In the next episode of "The Last Man on Earth," Carol Pilbasian (Kristen Schaal) will give birth to her baby sometime soon and her husband Phil Tandy (Will Forte) appears to be more than ready.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Double Cheeseburger" was just released recently and showed Pilbasian in bed getting checked on by Tandy and her mom Gail Klosterman (Mary Steenburgen). "You don't feel any contractions?" Gails ask her daughter who just appears confused. It seems that her mom feels like the baby is going to arrive very soon but Pilbasian feels just normal. Tandy then offers his wife a bowl soup consisting of an unknown liquid and Tabasco sauce. She takes a spoonful of the broth but suddenly spits it out in disgust.

Tandy then asks his mother-in-law to check if Pilbasian's bodily functions are doing alright. Gail takes a flashlight and briefly scans her body and declares that everything is fine. It remains to be seen if Pilbasian will give birth to her baby sooner rather than later. It is expected though that the tiny newcomer will appear this season. Meanwhile, Melissa Chartres (January Jones) discourages Todd's (Mel Rodriguez) desire to have a baby of their own. It appears that she does not want to deal with the hassles of pregnancy.

In the last episode, the survivors moved into a huge mansion that was occupied by a drug cartel. Pilbasian had her husband baby-proof the whole place because she did not want her newborn succumb to any injuries. However, she still felt great fear on whether or not her baby would survive the airborne virus. Tandy felt the same fear but comforted his wife that everything would be alright.

"The Last Man on Earth" season 4 episode 6 will air on Sunday, Nov. 12 at 10:30 p.m. EST on Fox.
