In the next episode of "The Good Place," Eleanor (Kristen Bell) and the gang travel through a portal to meet with the Eternal Judge.

The synopsis and promotional photos for the upcoming installment, which is titled "The Burrito," were just recently released, and they show Eleanor, Chidi (William Jackson Harper), Tahani (Jameela Jamil), and Jason (Manny Jacinto), making their way through a lighted passageway to see the Judge. They plan to plead with him to release them from their eternal bond with hell. However, they are headed for an uphill battle as the Judge is known to be very hard-nosed. Eleanor and the gang have to convince him that they have become better people and deserve the right to be set free.

In a recent interview with Vulture, Tahani teased the arrival of the Eternal Judge. "You're in for a very big treat. You won't believe it. I'm not allowed to say who it is, but you're going to s--- your pants. Sorry, shirt your pants. It's funny because I asked D'Arcy [Carden] the week before, 'Who would you most like to work with in the world?' And she said someone's name, and then a week later we found out that person would be joining the cast," she expressed.

In the last episode, Michael (Ted Danson) prepared four uniforms with executive pins, which could get Eleanor and the gang through the portal. However, they came up one short, so Michael sacrificed his own one and gave it to Eleanor so that she could get through the hole. They were able to escape from Shawn's (Marc Evan Jackson) evil minions, but Michael, unfortunately, was left behind holding the bag.

"The Good Place" season 2 episode 12 will hit the small screens on Thursday, Jan. 25, at 8:30 p.m. EST on NBC.
