"Suits" is gearing up for the second half of its fifth season with a star-studded premiere screening at the Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown Hotel. The event will also feature a Q&A session with cast of the show.

Earlier this month, the series gave fans a chance to attend the premiere by launching a contest on USA Network's official website and the winner will get to bring a guest to the event. Apart from the contest winners, it is expected that reporters will also be present to get the scoop on what's next for Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and the others after the shocking events of the midseason finale.

It can be recalled that Mike was arrested for fraud just as he was about to leave the firm and start a new life with fiancée Rachel (Meghan Markle). When the show returns, Mike will be in prison as Harvey scrambles to find a way to get him out of jail even though he knows that Mike is guilty.

Since the first season of the show, one of the main storylines of the series is Mike's deception. He claimed that he is a lawyer who graduated from Harvard. Since Mike is an actual genius who can talk himself out of any situation. He also has the ability to recall images, sounds, or objects in memory after only a few instances of exposure, making everyone believe that he was the real deal until Harvey and Louis Litt learned the truth about him.

The second half of season 5 will return for a 6-episode run. The story will follow Mike's arrest and the resulting investigation. The upcoming episodes will also show how Mike's loved ones and co-workers will be affected by his arrest and how what happened will affect his future with Rachel.

"Suits" season 5 returns on Jan. 27, at 10 p.m. on USA Network.
