Is Selena Gomez dating someone new? The "Good For You" singer was spotted holding hands and getting cozy with Gigi Hadid's friend, Samuel Krost, during a dinner date last Monday, Nov. 9.

According to Us Weekly, the date took place at Cipriani restaurant right after the 23-year-old attended and presented at Glamour's Women of the Year award in New York City. In one photo posted on the website, Gomez is wearing a red dress and is seen holding hands with Krost at their table, while another photo shows her sitting on his lap. One shot shows them holding hands as they make their way to the restaurant. Entertainment Tonight reports that they were accompanied by Krost's friend Cully Smoller.

According to his LinkedIn account, Krost is a Sales and Marketing Executive at men's accessories company Onia and he was previously connected with fashion brand Helmut Lang. He graduated cum laude from New York University and has a bachelor's degree in business.

This is the first time that Gomez has been seen out on a date since her breakup with DJ Zedd. The two dated from January to April and even collaborated on the EDM DJ's song called "I Want You to Know."

Gomez's date with Krost follows Justin Bieber's admission that there's a possibility that he and the singer-actress could rekindle their relationship. Gomez and Bieber famously dated on and off for four years before splitting up in December 2014.

Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres earlier this week, the 21-year-old said, "We have a lot of history together and I am sure it could possibly happen. I think we are both just on our journeys and figuring ourselves out and I think maybe once we figure ourselves out we can come back and make an awesome duo."

Meanwhile, Gomez said last week during an interview with KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O that she was enjoying life as a single woman.

"Obviously the tour has been taking up my entire life but yeah, I am single and enjoying it," she said.
