This week on "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Meghan Edmonds and Vicki Gunvalson had another heated confrontation, this time over what the psychic said about Vicki's then-boyfriend Brooks' cancer.

Previously, some of the ladies went to a psychic and when he was asked about Brooks' cancer, the psychic said that he saw nothing there, and the Housewives began to question whether he was really sick. Vicki learned from Shannon Beador that the ladies were talking about Brooks, and she immediately shut her down.

During her birthday celebration with Brooks, Vicki told him what she heard and assured him that she was always going to be there to defend him. And she did just that, at Heather Dubrow's luncheon.

At the luncheon, Meghan asked Vicki about what Shannon said about Brooks' cancer. Vicki wasn't happy about this and seemed to think that Meghan thought that she and Brooks were lying about his condition. Vicki then snapped at Meghan, asking her if she thought that she was also lying about her mother's death. It can be recalled that earlier in the season, Vicki's mother passed away and her reaction to the news was filmed.

Vicki then lashed out at Meghan, saying that she was a woman who insisted on getting involved in matters that didn't concern her. Meghan countered and said if she wasn't allowed to talk about her life, then why was Vicki always on her case about her stepchildren and not having children of her own?

In her Bravo blog, Meghan said that she was "shocked" about Vicki's response when she brought up Brooks' treatment. Two weeks ago on the show, Vicki told the other Housewives that he decided to try alternative treatments for his cancer.

"I've never experienced the kind of hatred that Vicki spews at me regarding a devastating illness," Meghan wrote. "Watching this made me ask myself if her style of arguing by throwing jabs is simply a personality flaw and /or a defense mechanism to hide a deeper issue?"

It looks like Meghan and Vicki's feud is far from over as episode 13, according to Bravo TV, begins with Vicki leaving Heather's luncheon in a huff after her spat with Meghan. Meanwhile, Shannon visits Dr. Moon to help deal with her pent-up resentment toward her husband David, while Tamra throws a wild party where Vicki not only confronts Meghan but also her husband, Jim Edmonds.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
