"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" has reportedly started filming its eighth season, but until now, there has been no official announcement regarding the cast. NeNe Leakes has already bid goodbye to the Bravo franchise, and it has been reported that Claudia Jordan won't be returning as well. So who among the original cast members will be seen in season 8 of "RHOA"?

A source told OK! Magazine that five of the original Georgia Housewives will be coming back, and one of them is Kandi Burruss. Kandi is bound to have an interesting storyline this season as she has just announced last month that she is expecting her first child with husband Todd Tucker, and fans will get to see her pregnancy journey on the Bravo series. The Grammy winner recently confirmed to People that she's definitely on board for the new season and that they have just started taping.

"Obviously you will get to see a lot of our journey through this pregnancy, but other than that it will be drama as usual," Kandi said about her season 8 storyline.

Cynthia Bailey is also reportedly coming back to the show. The former model's marriage to Peter Thomas has recently weathered rumors of infidelity after a photo of Peter getting too close to another woman in a bar was posted on social media. The couple has denied the cheating rumors and they are sticking close to each other. Cynthia has also recently announced that she is launching a handbag line, so fans can expect to see her in season 8 as she pursues her dream of becoming a major player in the fashion industry.

Meanwhile, Kenya Moore is expected to be back as rumors suggest that she might be battling it out with Sheree Whitfield, who is said to be returning to the show. Lalate reports that if the rumors are true about Sheree returning to "RHOA," then she could bring its best storyline in recent memory — about finding a long lost sister who was adopted at birth 50 years ago.

Phaedra Parks is also said to be coming back as the show will reportedly chronicle her new life as a single mom now that she has split from Apollo Nida.

Recent reports also suggest that Porsha Williams has been reinstated to Housewife status after she was demoted to "friend of the Housewives" in season 7.

Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for season 8 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."
