"Pretty Little Liars" is about to undergo a big change when the show returns to ABC Family next year. In the second half of season 6, the show will see the girls taking on bigger challenges as they all have gone on to have new jobs and new relationships.
Sasha Pieterse, Ashley Benson, Troaian Bellisario, Lucy Hale, and Shay Mitchell recently made the rounds to talk about what's to come when the show returns, and what their characters will be up to after the time jump.
Alison (Pieterse) is married to a man whose last name is Rollins, and she's a teacher at Rosewood. At New York Comic Con, Pieterse said that she was surprised that her character became a teacher.
The actress also shared some details about Alison in Paleyfest, saying, "She's never really had the high school experience, so she's learning through her students."
As for her relationship with CeCe, who was revealed to be her brother Charles in the midseason finale, the actress said that Alison and CeCe's relationship will be better and that Alison will try to get all of the girls back to testify at CeCe's trial.
Aria (Hale) has become a writer and has a new man in her life. And while fans will surely be disappointed that she's not with Ezra, Hale said that Ezra and Aria will always be a part of each other's lives.
Hale told MTV, "They are still each other's first loves, so there's an innocence to it as well…It's like a real, genuine relationship, so I'm curious to see where it will go."
As for Hanna (Benson), she will be working in fashion as an assistant to a high profile fashion expert, and she will also be engaged.
Spencer (Bellisario) is single and living in Washington D.C. and is working in politics. She will also be helping her mother, Veronica, who is running for a Senate seat. Meanwhile, Emily (Mitchell) is working as a bartender at a tropical resort.
"Pretty Little Liars" returns with a special episode on Nov. 24 and season 6B premieres on Jan. 12 on ABC Family.
