The hormones of Jessa Seewald from "19 Kids and Counting" must be at an all-time high now that she is experiencing pregnancy for the first time. No wonder even the simplest things have gotten her pretty emotional.

Jessa even jokingly shared her pregnancy's emotional struggles on her Instagram account (@jessaseewald) with a picture of an almost empty Chick-Fil-A box, save for one piece of chicken nugget.

"How is it that being pregnant can make this such an emotional moment?" she captioned the photo.

Jessa's fans are giving her all the love and support she needs though, with one Instagram user saying, "That's one of the wonderful things about being pregnant, you can cry at the simplest things and it's okay! Cry away! Enjoy every minute whether crying or laughing because you have a human being growing inside you."

Someone even commented, "I'm not even pregnant and that's emotional for me."

Except for her occasional fast food binges, Jessa has been very careful about what she eats during her pregnancy. She is taking to heart the advice she read from the book "Trim Healthy Mama" written by Serene Allison and Pearl Barrett to make sure that her meals are healthy and will be good for the baby.

Based on the recipe she got from the book , Jessa even prepared a fish meal coupled with sweet potato and a fresh salad. She shared the photo on Instagram and wrote, "Reading through the book 'Trim Healthy Mama' and feeling inspired! These ladies are great! By far the best, most well rounded approach to healthy eating, in my opinion! Y'all should definitely check it out."

Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald have chosen not to reveal the gender of their baby yet, who is due to arrive on Nov. 1, the same day that Ben and Jessa got married last year.
