Starting today, May 1, subscribers of PlayStation Plus will be able to download "Tales from the Borderlands" and "Abzu" on their PS4 consoles, "Blood Knights" and "Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants" on PS3, and "Laser Disco Defenders" and "Type: Rider" on PS Vita.

PS4 players will be able to download Telltale Games' episodic interactive adventure video game "Tales from the Borderlands." The five-part game series follows the story of Rhys, a Hyperion suit, and Fiona, a con-artist. The unlikely pair traverse the relentless land of Pandora in hopes of achieving their respective goals.

Another PS4 title coming this May is Giant Squid Studios' underwater adventure game "Abzu." Players descend into the depths of the ocean, interacting with the vibrant ocean life it harbors, but the depths also host unexpected dangers and forgotten secrets waiting to be discovered.

This May, the hack and slash role-playing game by Deck13 "Blood Knights" will be made available on PS3 consoles. Kalypso Media's third installment of the business simulation series "Port Royale" has also made it to the PS3 lineup for the month of May.

For PS Vita players, "Laser Disco Defenders" will be free to download. The sci-fi and disco-themed game takes gamers on a quest against Lord Monotone. Players have to traverse multiple levels to save the galaxy.

Last but not the least, PS Vita title "Type: Rider" has also made it to the program. The unique puzzle game takes players back to the past, to the history of fonts and characters.

To note, only subscribers of the PlayStation Plus program will be able to receive the aforementioned titles for free.
