In the next episode of "Outlander," Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) puts herself and Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan) at risk with her past as a healer.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Creme De Menthe" was released just recently and showed her nephew asking another relative, "Do you remember Auntie Claire all those years ago? She saved many lives though there were rumors." Apparently, Randall healed many wounded people many years ago when the Scotsmen fought in wars with the English armies. Her knowledge of advanced methods from the 20th century allowed her to cure people who would be considered dead if not for her. Some of the recoveries were considered miracles and people looked to her as being a powerful fairy. However, some accused her of being a witch.

It seems that Randall may be heading in that same direction as people are recalling her skills and power to heal the sick. "I've caused you so much trouble," Randall tells Fraser apologetically. However, he replies, "I'm grateful that you are here, no matter the cost." He is willing to protect her just like before when the townspeople accused her of being a witch many years ago. It remains to be seen if Randall can keep a low profile in the new town and if she will be exposed anytime soon.

In the last episode, Randall and Fraser reunited for the very first time after 20 years in his print shop. They spent the night catching up on each other's past and recounted their love decades ago. However, their love-filled reunion was cut short when Randall encountered a shady business partner of Fraser's when she entered the room. The episode ended with the thug threatening her life.

"Outlander" season 3 episode 7 will air on Sunday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. EDT on Starz.
