The seventh season of "Modern Family" is as strong as ever. The show, which is on its third episode of the season, is still generating big laughs and great ratings as viewers tune in weekly to see what the Pritchetts and the Dunphys are up to.

This week, Hayley was able to persuade her parents to let her on-off boyfriend move in with her in their house. But after learning what living together entails, Claire kicked Dylan out of the house completely. Meanwhile, Jay and Mitchell tried to get even with Jay's rival, Earl, after he used Mitchell to pull a prank on Jay.

Next week, in the episode titled "She Crazy," fans will get to see members of the family deal with work dilemmas, crushes… and ducks.

Claire, who is still trying her best to impress her father while working for him in the family business, has an idea about a new design for closets. However, for some reason, she is hesitant about pitching it to Jay and his creative team. Could she simply be intimidated about making the presentation, or is there something weird in the design that is causing her to have second thoughts?

Meanwhile, Phil is going to get a new hobby and will try his hand at raising ducks. It looks like no one will be surprised at this, as Phil has a habit of trying out the most unusual things—like tightrope walking, among others—just for the fun of it. This time, he's going to create a habitat for the ducks while he's waiting for the eggs to hatch, but no one else is excited about his new project.

As for Manny, he's still having some girl problems, but next week, Gloria is going to help him with his crush, and Cameron is going to become too friendly with the fraternity guys who are renting their upstairs unit. Is Mitchell going to be jealous about Cam spending too much time with a bunch of younger guys, or will he simply be annoyed when Cam and the guys start to bond over things like football?

"Modern Family" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
