Macbook Pro 2013 release date with OS X Mavericks; iOS 7 launch with new iPhone 5s/6/5C support first, iPad 5 to follow

New products have been launched at the IFA 2013 in Berlin this week, including the highly publicized Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

On September 10, all the spotlight will be shifted from Berlin to Cupertino, Ca., to iPhone's media event, which is set to be the platform to launch the all new iPhone 5S/6/5C, the new iPad 5, and refreshed line of Macbook Pros and iMacs.

The only notebook that has received a refresh so far this year is the Macbook Air, which released in June with the all new Haswell processor, which prolongs battery life and performance. Apple launched its all-new powerful Mac Pro computer at the WWDC event as well.

The Cupertino-based company also completely overhauled the design of the iOS this year. The latest iOS 7 mobile operating system has a brand new flat design with new icons and buttons, and features the all new air-drop. The first beta version was released in June, and six beta versions have followed since then. The last beta was released last month, and there has been no sign of a beta 7, meaning that since the launch of the new iPhones and iPads are imminent, the Gold Master version would be the latest version released to developers before it is officially released to the general public.

The iOS 7 is expected to roll out to iPhone owners first shortly after Apple's keynote event, with some reports stating that the upgrade for iPads will not be expected until at least October. The reason for this is because iPhone developers had a two-week head start to optimize their applications for the new OS, according to IBTimes. Another theory is that Apple would want to bundle the iOS 7 with the new iPad 5, so it can be released together, rather than releasing the iOS 7 to existing iPad owners first and putting them off of purchasing the latest model which comes packed with the latest OS.

The new Macbook Pros and iMacs are expected to launch at next week's keynote event with the fourth-generation Intel Core "Haswell" Processor. The beefed up hardware is likely to release with the latest Mac software already installed, the OS X Mavericks.
