Last Monday on "Love and Hip Hop," the episode was all about Peter's unusual relationship with wife Amina Buddafly and ex-girlfriend, Tara Wallace. In the episode, the two women got into a heated argument about Peter, and Amina shocked everyone when she made an important announcement.
Tara moved into Amina and Peter's apartment for the sake of their children. Peter fathered two children with Tara, and he has one with Amina. This living arrangement proved to be awkward for the women, and Peter's decision to get intimate with Tara didn't help matters at all. When Amina confronted Tara about it, Tara stayed silent. Later, the three ended up in the kitchen and Amina slapped Peter when she learned that he slept with Tara. Before leaving, Amina told them that she is pregnant.
Next week, the episode will be all about newcomer Cardi. Fans will see her explosive reaction when she sees her boyfriend DJ Self with Yorma, who also claims to be his girl.
In the sneak peek for the show's third episode, Cardi is seen arriving at MariahLynn's birthday party looking confident and happy.
"I just finished hosting the club, but that ended a little early," she said. "I was reaching out to Self, but he didn't answer. So you know what? I'm gonna turn up and support my little snow bunny friend, Mariah, at her birthday party."
Cardi and Mariah exchange greetings and the two women compliment each other. While Mariah was happy to have her friend there, she was nervous about what will happen if ever Cardi crosses paths with Self, who is also there with Yorma.
"I don't know how happy Self is gonna be there to see her [sic]," said Mariah. "So Cardi and Self's girl need to stay on opposite sides of the club."
Later, while Cardi was walking around in the club, she sees her boyfriend on the couch with Yorma. The Instagram model made a beeline for them, saying in her confessional that she was going to handle this "Cardi style."
DJ Self looked shocked as he told cameras that he hopes that God helps him tonight.
"What's poppin?" Cardi greets Yorma.
"What's up with this chick?" Yorma asks Self.
"What's up with you?" Cardi snaps.
In the promo for season 6 of the show, the two ladies end up fighting and Cardi has to be dragged out of the club.
