Legendary Drummer to Beat the Drum for the 'Good News' in Europe

|TOP|Zoro, rock music's renowned R&B drummer, will embark on a European tour this month to beat the drum for the 'good news' of the gospel.

Starting this weekend with a master drum clinic appearance in Hanover, Germany, he will be in London on 23 September for the 'Drummer Live 2006 Festival' to be held at London Docklands.

Known in rock circles as the "Minister of Groove," and voted consistently throughout 2006 #1 R&B Drummer by premier music industry publications such as Drum!, Modern Drummer, and Rhythm Magazine, Zoro has joined some of the most famous stages in the world of rock music.

In the past decades, Zoro has toured with Lenny Kravitz (on all the sold-out concerts including the Let Love Rule Tour, Mama Said Tour, and the Baptism Tour), Bobby Brown, (My Prerogative, Don't Be Cruel, and King of Stage tours) Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, The New Edition, Sean Lennon, and Lisa Marie Presley-to drop only a few famous names.

Internally jet-propelled with unlimited energy and passion for life, Zoro is known as the "thinking man's musician." Articulate and well read, he is known to 'combine his natural charisma with warmth and humour - and more importantly with a deeper desire to live life with purpose, prayer, and a dedication to excellence'.

|AD|With the advent of summer '06, Zoro is emerging from behind the drum kit to use his gifts as a speaker/motivator to America's youth - and beyond - from a planned series of national speaking engagements, Christian festival appearances, and a continuing series of nationally sponsored master level drum clinics that prove to be lessons in life as well as in musicianship.

Zoro has this summer also aligned his influence and personal energies in an ongoing high profile alliance as an international voice for the work of Compassion International, a Christian organisation dedicated to the sponsorship of the world's neediest children in 30 countries worldwide.

In the midst of a full schedule of mainstream commitments, Zoro is passionate about his growing international reach to youth through Christian appearances as a speaker, motivator, and role model for what successfully living "in the world but not of the world" might look like in their own future.
