Police were reportedly called to Joe Giudice's New Jersey beach house this weekend after a dispute with a neighbor. According to a report, the police were called after a woman who lived nearby approached Joe's house and got into a shouting match with him.

TMZ reports that the commotion began after the reality star's daughter, Gia, 14, was reportedly locked out of the house and was unable to get in. When her father opened the door, he was reportedly heard screaming at her in the backyard.

The website reports that the neighbor decided to get involved at that point and was heard yelling, "This guy is crazy. He's dangerous. Call the cops."

Police officers arrived to diffuse the situation and a law enforcement officer reportedly told TMZ that Joe's daughters begged them not to arrest the 43-year-old reality TV personality. The officer said that no arrests were made and that the argument was eventually settled.

Joe has been caring for his four daughters Gia, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5 while his wife Teresa of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" is serving the remainder of her 15-month prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud. Once Teresa is released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, Joe will begin his 41-month prison sentence for fraud and tax evasion.

This year, Joe will be featured in a Bravo special which will center on his life with his daughters as they try to cope without Teresa. It has been reported earlier this year that the she will be featured in the special as some of her phone conversations with her husband and their children will be included.

Joe previously told Us Weekly that despite Teresa's efforts to stay in touch via telephone and the prison's email system, their daughters definitely feel her absence.

"They have their little breakdowns here and there," Joe said to the magazine. "I just make sure to give them lots of love and a lot of kisses."
